My wife, Shahida & I are back at work and are very slowly getting
into the work routine after enjoying 6 weeks in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.
Allhamdulliah we experienced a very successful and wonderful Hajj 2011
/1432, we carry with us a lifetime of fond memories. Hajj is indeed a
very difficult “Journey of Love” but we were very fortunate
that The All Mighty Allah (SWT) made it very easy for us by using His
“Helpers” and they came in the form of the “Sure Mirage
Travel Team”. This journey is a logistical nightmare and full marks
to your Logistic Team on the ground who pulled it off so smoothly.
I will remember this trip not just as a business venture with “Sure
Mirage Travels” but surely as a formation of a new family, may you

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to congratulate Sure Mirage on the excellent service rendered by your dedicated staff who went over the line of duty to make our first Umrah an unforgettable experience. The high standard customer services and professionalism shown by Brother Iqram Sheikh was splendid. From our planning stages Iqram was helpful assisting us in choosing the right package. In Makkah and Madina Iqram was always by our side always checking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. He was always helping everyone in our group doing more than expected. On one occasion he even got off the bus when we were going shopping to go to the hospital to assist another family in their time of need.
Preparing for our Umrah Iqram held meetings at the hotel to talk to us about what needs to be done, what not to do, how to tire ihram etc. Ziyaraats were filled with historic knowledge and talks by a Moulana which was organized by your Iqram again. Our stay could not have been made more comfortable, Accommodation was fantastic, flight arrangements were done perfectly and we had no problems that iqram could not handle. Iqram wife was also assisting all the time making sure that everyone was comfortable and ok. Whatever he had promised was delivered and much much more.We make dua that Allah reward him and his family for their kindness and selflessness.
I Once again like to congratulate Sure Mirage on the great service delivery and great staff they employ. I will most definitely be using Sure Mirage for my next trip and recommend Sure to anyone traveling Insha Allah.

As salaamuwailaykum, to one and all at Mirage Travel. Alhamdullillah by the blessing and command of Allah another Haj soon dawns upon us. Last year this time we were running around meeting and greeting, but it was the wonderful service and hospitality of Mirage that with Allahs help gave us peace of mind and heart. My wifes Haj and mine was one of remembrance for a lifetime.
We make dua Allah accepts it for our aakhirah. Jazaakumullah for the team at Mirage who made this possible not forgetting our creator. Of all the personal at Mirage one such brother, may Allah grant us such muhabbat that it remains in jannah. With Allahs order and command and this brothers unselfishness, assistance to us and all other hujjaj was absolutely heart warming and beyond expectations.
He went out of his way, inconveniencing himself for our convenience. He made us feel as if we were the only people he had to assist and see to, but with his personality and way of communication this was rendered to every hujjaj. This goes with no doubt in saying that he is an extra-ordinary person in an ordinary world.
May Allah guide him, except all his duas and desires, best health and abode is the highest stage of jannah. Brother, jazaakallah wa ahsanal jazah in your outstanding service, friendship that has been bonded from this mubarak trip of haj, and making our faraiz a memorable one, spiritually, physically and mentally. Since our return from Saudi in December we have spent many happy hours reflecting on our Hajj 2009 experience. Alhamdulillah it was a most memorable and blessed period in our lives and we are so grateful to have taken this trip with Sure Mirage Travel, with whom we were very satisfied and impressed.
From the outset our journey was very capably facilitated when Irshad met us at Madinah airport & whisked us into a taxi. We experienced no delays and arrived at our hotel in short shrift. Our hotel was very comfortable and convenient and we experienced an excellent stay in this wonderful city.
However the accommodation in Makkah exceeded all our expectations- the Royal Orchard hotel represented real value for money. We were able to devote all our energies to our Ibadah because we had nothing else to worry about – the Mirage staff took care of everything else.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff that we came into contact with for the assistance rendered to us. However, Irshad, Ashraf, Irfaan and Yaasin warrant a special mention for their dedication, patience and commitment to excellent service. May Allah grant to all of you good on this earth and good in the hereafter Insha’Allah.
Sure Mirage remains our Hajj/Umrah agent of choice. We hope to use them in the near future to arrange an Umrah, Insha’Allah. And we would certainly recommend them to others.

As-Salaamu-alaikum, Alhumdu-lillah we thank Allah (SWT) for having invited us to his house, and we thank Hajee Imtiaz Malek and his team, who had guaranteed and most certainly provided us with a spectacular unforgettable experience of a lifetime, Our 1st Hajj Trip. Shukr to the Mirage team for a well executed journey.
Alhumdu-lillah, from the time that we had bid our farewells to our families at Durban International Airport, Before embarking on our life changing experience, we were humbly received by Hajee Imtaiz and his team.
This is where it had all started, From Durban, To Dubai, Hence reached The Beautiful Madinatul Munawwarah, Where we had received a very warm welcome by Hajee Irshaad at the airport. The accommodation that was selected, were of Excellent Standards, Soofara Al Huda (close proximity, 2 min walk to the Haram) at Madinah, And, Al Safwah Royal Orchard (situated literally on the marble of the Haram – Immediately next to Zam-Zam Towers) in Makkah. Both of which displayed phenomenal views of the Haram.
We were then moved to Azzizia Mirage Suites ( which is of a 3km radius from the Haram) a little prior to the 5 Days of Hajj. The Mirage Suites were well managed by the Mirage Team meeting our every possible need.
It brings tears to my eyes to think how blissfully we had passed the
5 days of our Hajj.
The Mirage Team had excelled time and time again in displaying true selflessness
by sacrificing their comfort in satisfying every need of the individual.
It gives me great pleasure in saying that I will whole heartedly recommend
the Sure Mirage Travel Team to all future Hajjees.
May Allah grant you the peace and joy we had experienced throughout our

From the very beginning we were made to feel so very special. Your'll nurtured us throughout by enlightening us on what to expect; motivated and supported us whilst we were waiting for the last passport and last but not least.....your'll took care of all the arrangements in Makkah and Madinah ...as promised.
All in all ....We all had an experience beyond belief ...and Mirage and their wonderful team are solely responsible for it.

It is with great pleasure to say that I enjoyed my lifetime achievement , and that is going on hajj together with my wife, mother , 4 aunties and 2 cousins. I contacted Irfaan Malek over 1 year before and he guided me throughout . He helped me with choosing the right package. Whatever he promised me he delivered. When my elderly aunty got sick they escorted me with my aunty by taxi to the doctor and made sure we were treated in the correct manner.
Whenever Irshaad Malek saw me in the hotel lobby or in the streets, always asked me if everything is alright. Moulana Tariqe and Mouland Vanker were excellent in guiding us to the the Roza Mubarak and Haram for the first time and taking us for Ziyarads in Medina and Mecca. The travel arrangements as excellent. There was no delays with flights and busses.
I remember in Mina it rained very heavy, Irshaad and Irfaan was pushing the water away in the heavy rain to prevent the water from coming into the tents. We were also guided in a human chain when stoning the shathan and at the end of everything they made sure everybody was encounted for and that nobody got lost.
I intend going for Umra in December and definitely will be travelling with Mirage.
I wish the management and staff of Mirage Travel all the best in the next hajj and I advise anybody who intends going for hajj to use Mirage Travel.

As it is normal for every new Hujaaj embarking on a spiritual journey of Hajj, my husband and I both found ourselves feeling anxious and overwhelmed by the mere thought of making this journey to the Holy Mubarak Lands. We were filled with thoughts of whether or not we would choose the right agent or would we choose the right package and Allhamdulillah all we can say is that Allah (SWT) guides you every step of the way in making the best decision that is right for you.
Our Hajj 2009 will always be the most memorable experience of our lives as being our First Hajj and going with the Sure Mirage Group has been nothing but a heart warming and exceptional experience for both my husband and I and we consider ourselves blessed to have made this first journey of ours with the group and all the other Hujaaj that were with us on the trip.

From the moment you enter the offices of the Sure Mirage Travel Group you are given the best advice and at no point were we forced or was pressure put on us to make a decision straight away. I must commend Irfaan Malek on his commitment, dedication and especially for his patience in having to endure countless questions and most of all dealing with repetitive ones in a calm and willing manner.
To the Group the decision to travel with You has not been in Vain, you are an agent of choice and we are thankful that we made the journey with you. Hajj is an experience only you can make for yourself. You have a choice to go with the flow and enjoy it or you can complain and not enjoy it. An agent is a means of getting you there and sourcing your accommodation, the rest is up to you. I make dua that Allah (SWT) guides and protects all prospective Hujaaj and us in all future trips to the Holy Lands Insha-Allah.
I will undoubtedly hang on tight to the Fond memories of my Hajj experience, but I must be honest and admit that as I browse through the packages that are out now I cant help but wish it was me going all over again. With regards to my hajj experience in 2009. Since this was my 3rd hajj and i have my previous hajj to compare. I was highly impressed with the excellent way in which the entire trip was handled, it was the easiest hajj ever, we were spoon fed step by step by the agents. Whatever was promised was delivered more than our expectations.
This was the most memorable, unforgetable hajj, it was a breeze especially for the first timers who could not believe the hassle free hajj they experienced.
