4. Flights - airlines rules

4. FINAL PAYMENT AND TICKETING
4.1 All tickets must be paid in full no later than 45 days before departure date.
4.2 All tickets must be issued no later than 30 days before departure date.
4.3 The tickets are not changeable and non – refundable after they have been issued (unless otherwise stated).


5. CHANGES

5.1 Any change requested by you regarding the date of travel, itinerary or flight, for one or more of the passengers will be subject to a revised fare at our sole discretion.


6. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

6.1 Up to 90 days prior to departure
Resizing after booking results in re-evaluation of the fare and may result in an increase of fare.
According to the number of cancelled tickets, an equivalent percentage of the non – refundable deposit is charged as a fee for cancellation.
6.2 From 45 to 30 days (issuance deadline) prior to departure penalty of 20% of the applicable fare.
6.3 After ticket issue: tickets are subject to cancelation/refund fees according to fare rule. Page 3 of 4


7. TOTAL CANCELLATION

7.1 Up to 60 days prior to departure: penalty 20% non – refundable deposit.
7.2 From 45 to 30 days (ticket issuance deadline) prior to departure: penalty of 25% of the applicable fare.
7.3 After ticket issue: tickets are subject to cancelation/refund fees according to fare rule.


8. NO – SHOW (72 hours before departure)

8.1 No-show fee will be 100% of the applicable fare on the no-show leg.


9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT

9.1 Travel on our flights is subject to the airline’s applicable contract of carriage and general terms and conditions governing passengers and baggage and all applicable fare rules and restrictions.
9.2 Prices and Seats by AIRLINE are guaranteed subject to program modification, e.g. change of schedule or seat capacity, or through a unforeseen force majeure, e.g. fuel cost increase or rate of exchange
9.3 If AIRLINE have a program modification, the following proposals are available:
The sats will be offered on first availabile flight matching the same fare.
The client may choose a new date of travel and the price will be renegotiated (subject to availability). 9.4 Fares, taxes and all conditions are subject to change without prior notice and with no liability on Airline in accordance with International Conventions regulations governing the industry.
